Abs are made in the kitchen

With the holidays and the fun family times along with delicious dinners and deserts that we are destined to eat, I’m going to give
you a few extra treats on how to keep your abs and waist line in tip top shape and still enjoy eating your favorite foods.  The No. 1 thing I convey to all my clients is that developing nice abs really comes from balancing proper nutrition.   As much as I would like to take all the credit for hundreds of body transformations that I have helped create, the fact of the matter is that 80 percent of all transformations come from the individual’s nutrition plan.  Read more…
